About Endrava

Endrava is a small, founder-run nutrition company. The site began as an information project, before there were products to sell. The research kept pointing to a narrower problem than conventional multivitamins imply: diets often cover many nutrients well while leaving a smaller set less consistent. The products were developed around that finding.

Most people are not doing a bad job with nutrition. They are getting a lot right and missing some essential nutrients inconsistently. That rarely calls for an extreme diet or a megadose.

Nutrition Foundations explains what essential nutrients do, where they come from in ordinary food, how much people generally need, and where the usual advice gets more complicated. Articles cover the history, physiology, and questions that do not fit on a reference page. The Nutrition Gap Check looks at a normal eating pattern and identifies vitamins and minerals it may be covering less consistently.

The reference library is still written independently of the products. That includes saying where the evidence is uncertain and where a nutrient is already well covered by food.

The products follow the same logic. Amounts are based on what food may not reliably provide, rather than on what makes a label look impressive. Ingredients are included because there is a specific reason for them to be there.
